This position works closely with the bank's commercial and agricultural bankers, as well as other members of the credit department, in the execution of day-to-day activities.
This position's incumbent may participate in a hybrid onsite/remote work schedule following the initial training period, subject to supervisor approval.
Completes accurate and consistent financial statement spreads, quarterly trend analysis, covenant tests, stress tests, and collateral reviews in accordance with established standards and credit policies.
Assists with portfolio management by tracking credit approval requirements, monitoring loans, collecting and analyzing financial/credit information to ensure loan is secure, preparing reports, and escalating issues.
Prepares collateral evaluations on loans under $500K, conducts a review of the information and makes an assessment on the information collected, and prepares follow up questions to pass to banker to address with customers.
Completes annual loan reviews and quarterly watch list performance reports.
Maintain credit files with sufficient documentation to meet audit requirements.
Maintain and report on scorecard metrics.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned and requested.
