*Accounts Receivable Associate will have the following primary responsibilities:* Ø Maintain Product Sell Price Files by Customer Type in QuickBooks Ø Invoice Customer and Post Payments and Credits Ø Follow-Up on Past Due Payments Ø Monthly A/R Trail Balance Ø Keep updated Electronic and/or Physical Order/Invoice Files to Meet Tax Laws *The person we hire will have the following background of experience:* > *Minimum 2 Year Associates Degree*, with emphasis on Math, Accounting and Computers.
> Experience with *Quickbooks Order Entry, Invoicing *and *Posting Payments.
* We use the *“Manufacturing Accounting” Quickbooks* Software (enables Price Levels by Customer Type, etc.
).
> Experience using *Quickbooks* to develop Sales Reports > Experience using *Excel* to *load Products and Prices into QuickBooks* > *MS Office (Word) *and *Outlook*.

*Full Time Hourly Position 40 Hours Weekly, 8-5 M-F* *Office Location* 301 Oak Steet, Quincy, IL *Wages* *Competitive Hourly Rate* plus *Quarterly Performance Bonus*.
*Benefits* Ø Vacation after 1 year of service/ consideration given for employees that currently have vacation in excess of 1 week.
2 Weeks after 3 Years of Service.
