Summer Camp Counselor

\*\*Job Overview:\*\* We are seeking enthusiastic Camp Counselors to join our team for an upcoming summer camp program.
As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for campers to learn and grow.
\*\*Duties:\*\* - Supervise and engage campers in various activities and programs - Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a positive camp experience - Assist in planning and leading educational and recreational activities - Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all campers - Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development - Collaborate with fellow counselors to create a cohesive team environment \*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings - Ability to manage classroom dynamics and behavior effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Background in special education, early childhood education, or childcare is a plus - Sports coaching experience is beneficial -Must be 16 years or older Joining our team as a Camp Counselor offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on young campers' lives while gaining valuable experience in education and child development.
