PART TIME COOK

Knox County Nursing Home has opening for a team member in the Dietary Department.
*RETENTION BONUS FOR NEW HIRES-* *\* PT NEW HIRES WILL RECEIVE $1500-HALF IN 6 MONTHS AND THE OTHER HALF UPON 1 YR OF EMPLOYMENT* This position is for a Part Time Cook that can multi-task in a face paced environment and be able to fill in for other cooks days off on multiple shifts.
Prefer Sanitation Certified, but can send right candidate to get certification.
Candidate has responsibility of overseeing the kitchen while Managers are not on site to assure cleaning and sanitation routines are completed by other staff, while finishing their own tasks.
Must be able to pass an Essential Functions Test and Physical/Drug Screen per County Policies \*Paid Orientation \*IMRF Retirement Plan-IF WORKING AT LEAST 20 HOURS A WEEK \*Holiday paid at time and half if work the 6 offered holidays Hours of Work are: 5:00am-1:30pm for day shift 8:30am-3:00pm for mid shift 11:15am-7:30am for evening 2:00pm-7:30PM FOR EVENING every other weekend Job Type: Part-time Salary: From $15.
