Kunes Auto Group is offering candidates the opportunity to join our team in a Customer Care Specialist role.
The Kunes Auto Group will provide an extensive training program, and no experience is needed to be able to successful in this position.
As a customer Care Representative, we offer the opportunity to work 4 or 5 days a week with a training plan to offer a promotion after 90-180 Days after hire into a Product Specialist Role.
Further training will be provided.
In order to be successful in this position all you will need is a positive outlook with a wish to learn mentality, Hard working ethic and a professional appearance.
*Pay will Be $15-$17 an Hour W/ Commission of $150 a car sold* *Job Title:* Customer Care Specialist *Job Summary* The customer care specialist will join the team as a potential Sales Representative Trainee.
In this role the Customer Care Specialist will go through an extensive training to achieve a sales position within their first few months of hire.
*Essential Duties* * Work with sales Representatives to provide customer care to potential customers.
* Provide administration duties to support the sales team in a customer care specialist position.
* Follow up with potential customers to ensure all the questions are answers * Train with the Sales Managers to learn about the products we sell and become an expert adviser * Supports the sales team in following up with customers * Commits to learning the duties of the Sales Representatives within the first year of hire * Always maintains a professional appearance.
* Provides outstanding customer service to all customers, in person, over the phone and in all correspondence.
* All other duties as assigned *Qualifications* * High School Diploma * Professional appearance and positive attitude *Language Skills* * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
*Mathematical Skills* * Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
*Reasoning Ability* * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
*Physical Demands* * Sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time * Walk, move around dealership, bending stretching and moving in and out of vehicles.
