Customer Service Representative

We are looking for someone to join our team who wants to be part of our mission to help customers live, work, and play wherever and however they want.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced office environment, answer inbound support calls, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities: · Offer exceptional customer service over the phone—everything from product setup to service activation and order entry.
· Become a subject matter expert—gain and maintain a broad understanding of Winegard products, focusing on mobile DISH and DIRECTV satellite TV products and services.
· Answer a high volume of phone calls.
· Maintain detailed and accurate call records.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems in the moment while working with customers.
· Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience in dealing with customers and handling and resolving issues preferred.
· Detail oriented.
· Independent and self-motivated.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· General computer skills (Microsoft Word, etc.
).
· Phone sales experience is a plus.
· Able to work between the hours of 8:00 a.
m.
– 6:00 p.
m.
M-F with one Saturday per month.
