The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and sales techniques.
Duties: - Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to provide assistance and promote products/services - Conduct data entry accurately to maintain customer records and process orders - Utilize excellent phone etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound calls - Upsell products/services to maximize sales opportunities - Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base - Demonstrate strong sales acumen to meet or exceed sales targets Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service and sales roles - Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is highly desirable - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively - Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently - Prior experience in upselling techniques is a plus - Knowledge of phone etiquette standards - Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not mandatory - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31,200.
