Customer Service Associate / Cashier - PART TIME / FULL TIME Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash and credit card payments - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product recommendations - Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred - Strong communication skills - Experience in technology sales or electronics sales is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively At Warehouse Bargains, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience.
