Your Role: Assists in managing the pre-employment process, including processing applicant phone calls,
working with the on-line application system, providing appropriate pre-employment testing as required,
maintaining pre-employment records within the on-line application system and providing appropriate follow-up to
applicants.
• Maintains the online application system with pre-employment information and processes applications in a
timely and efficient manner.
• Receives and processes applicant phone calls and messages regarding the application process
• Order and administer pre-employment testing to applicants, including but not limited to drug tests,
background and reference checks, and various testing related to individual job performance
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to promote Dot and recruit talent
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
Role Specifics:
• Schedule: Part time & Temporary; 20-30 hours per week
We Need You To Have:
• High School Diploma or general equivalency degree
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet, word
processing, and presentation software
• Trustworthiness to handle confidential information
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in recruiting and/or hiring practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail
• Excellent telephone skills
