Freezer beef - $290 (peoria or St. Loo)

Grain fed steer to be butchered at Raber Packing in Peoria, IL or locker of your choice in St.
Loo area.
Dressed weight should be~800 lbs.
so a half would weigh `400 lbs.
Steer was bred, born & raised on our farm near Avon, IL.
From this steer expect a large ribeye, minimal backfat.
Price is market price which is $2.
90 / pound of carcass weight + processing fob locker.
We price our freezer beef based on market price at time of butcher.
Now is the opportunity to fill the freezer.
Half or whole beef available.
Processing cost depends on how you want it packaged & cut but usually runs ~ $1 / lb.
How it works; Confirm with me that you want the half beef, mail me a check, The locker lets beef age for a couple of weeks, meat gets packaged per your instructions, then go get some tasty beef.
