STARTING PAY FLEXIBLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE.
Growing law firm looking to hire an administrative assistant/legal secretary.
Will be expected to type approximately 50 words per minute and work well with the public.
Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Above average written and verbal communication skills a plus.
Above average data entry typing skills with a high level of accuracy is required.
In office work required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to clients
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
