```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the location, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, including training, development, and performance management
- Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement
- Develop and implement budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
