```Job Summary```
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team.
As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.
Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient health, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
```Duties```
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization, IV infusion, and venipuncture
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe and comfortable environment for patients
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, children, seniors, or those requiring memory care is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
