Your Role: This position will provide Dot benefit support to the Mt.
Sterling Warehouse employees.
Provide regular in-person benefit support to warehouse employees.
Benefits sign up with new warehouse employees.
Coordinates employee programs (Money Matters, Biometric screening, Open Enrolment)
Assists with the planning and execution of HR initiatives.
Provides training to employee and managers as needed for HR systems.
Attends various warehouse meetings and events.
Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
Role Specifics:
Schedule: Monday – Friday.
Hours: 12:00pm – 9:00pm.
(1 Saturday per month)
(Some schedule flexibility may be available, based on candidate need)
Occasional overnight travel to company meetings :or events.
Must have the ability to travel independently, as needed, by any mode of transportation, including by car, plane, or train.
We Need You To Have:
High school diploma or general equivalency degree
Trustworthiness to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with employees and other departments.
Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
We’d Like You To Have:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years HR experience
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience working in both team and independent settings.
Leadership skills to influence others and drive change.
