Experienced Property Manager for an apartment community in Burlington, IA.
Duties include: supervising/directing/prioritizing maintenance, screening potential residents, rent collection, leasing units, managing online marketing, resolving tenant issues, maintaining proper paperwork, maintaining all yearly systems, inspection records/vendors, supervising all landscaping and snow removal services etc.
A successful candidate must have experience in managing Section 42 properties, and all aspects of this program.
Candidate should be organized, goal orientated, have prospecting skills, professionalism, with excellent communication & problem solving skills, and be well versed in Iowa Landlord Tenant Law.
Manager needs at least *Three (3) years experience* in managing an apartment complex.
Salary dependent on experience and skills.
