, your local Mack truck dealer, is looking to hire a full-time Parts Counter/Parts Receiver Associate to join out parts team.
Applicant must have the aptitude to perform computer skills and inventory control.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
at a time and be able to work many hours on your feet.
Having a mechanical background is a plus.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 1st shift.
This position includes full family insurance premium 100% paid after probation period, paid vacation and holidays, and dental.
Must possess a current and valid driver's license and be insurable.

*Responsibilities:*
- Understanding of truck mechanics and parts to help customers choose the correct parts.
- Must have the aptitude to handle phone calls, computer skills, and customer service.
- Assisting customers in person and on the phone in a timely and professional manner with their parts needs.
- When not working with customers, you will be pulling orders, putting freight away, stocking shelves, and general cleanliness of the inside of the store.
- Processing credit card payments and refunds to customers, along with handling billing inquiries.
- Maintaining inventory levels by placing orders for new merchandise.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area.
- Unpack shipments of products.
- Inspect shipments or damage and correct quantities.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Qualifications:*
- Mechanical knowledge to assist customers.
- Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.
- Requires customer service, effective communication, attention to detail, basic math, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor level shelves; ability to reach upper shelves with the use of stool or ladder when necessary.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $18.
00 - $22.
