*Electrical Estimator/Project Manager*
Mangieri Electric invites applications for a distinctive position that blends expertise in electrical estimation with operational management.
This dual role offers a unique chance to significantly contribute to our estimating and operational efforts while also participating in the company's growth through a profit-sharing program.

*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Precisely estimate electrical projects valued between $10,000 and $5,000,000, thoroughly analyzing project documents, including specifications and drawings, to provide detailed estimates of costs, labor, materials, and define the project's scope, essentials of the estimate, and any potential risks.
* Oversee ongoing construction projects, ensuring they adhere to defined scope, budget, and quality benchmarks, while managing deadlines and maintaining smooth project execution.
* Develop detailed estimates and budget projections for both commercial and institutional ventures by performing a comprehensive scope takeoff, calculating material and labor costs, inputting data into our Accubid system, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of these estimates.
* Foster effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, subcontractors, team members, builders, and project owners, to facilitate smooth project delivery.
This includes participating in on-site pre-bid surveys, project meetings, and acquiring quotations for equipment and materials from suppliers.
* Engage with credible suppliers and subcontractors to procure quotes, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
* Itemize and evaluate all incidental aspects vital for preparing bid packages, such as subcontracted tasks, equipment rentals, tooling, and additional supplies.
* Conduct an in-depth review of the takeoff, technical specifications, and pricing before submitting proposals, working collaboratively with the construction team.
* Compose detailed scope letters, including inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications pertaining to estimates.
* Maintain and back up essential working documents as reference for estimate figures and regularly update and manage the Accubid database.
*Qualifications:*
* Demonstrated experience in electrical estimation across industrial and commercial sectors.
* Proficiency in industry-standard estimation tools such as Accubid and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Outstanding communication skills and experience in team leadership.
* A relevant educational foundation in electrical engineering, construction management, or related disciplines.
