JOB 1: Siding the second story of an old brick and stucco house on Orleans.
Minor brick repair.
(lay a few brick, or we get a mason) Stucco removal (comes off in sheets) Flashing between lower brick and upper siding Install Siding Paint and caulk.
Needs at least some work on all four sides of the house.

JOB 2: Siding 2 story Victorian house on Grande.
Siding only, no trim work.
The original trim is already prepped and painted.
The house is mostly trim.
