Looking for a rent to own house mobilehome or camper (Quincy Il)

I just moved here was going to buy a mobilehome on payments had it loojed at found out electric was bad they covered holes in floor in areas n walls you can see under it from inside so now have no where.
Must be pet friendly and if close to hy vee on broadway be great not a deal breaker.
Please tell me size price ect i do not have a down payment i just lost grandson house and care in a fire funeral took savings if you can help please let me know
