Pothitakis Law Firm is seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic Intake Coordinator, to perform administrative work requiring a high level of initiative, enthusiasm and independent judgment.
The intake coordinator will gather information from potential new clients involved in worker's compensation and personal injury cases for our attorney to review.
This position provides general office support and other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and productive work qualities.

*Essential Duties:*
- Communicates with potential new clients to determine their needs and respond accordingly in a polite, prompt, and helpful manner.
- Schedules hearings, attorney/doctor phone conferences, attorney/client phone calls
- Sets up new client files
- Responsible for completing and updating client medical summaries
- Maintains tracking logs for marketing purposes
- Serves as back up to the receptionist
- Additional duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
- Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple high priority projects in a fast-paced environment requiring extreme multitasking and follow-through.
- Experience working under pressure
- Has strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a wide variety of administrative functions including scheduling, management of multi-line phone system, and operating basic office equipment such as a copier, scanner, computer, etc.
- Experience in developing and maintaining effective professional working relationships.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful, but not required
- Must maintain reliable and punctual attendance.
- Minimum one-year previous office experience or similar education experience.
- Some college preferred.
